Grinders
To analyze cast iron and steel samples by spark-emission spectrometry and XRF, the sample surface must be even and homogeneous. FLUXANA®’s high-quality, robust grinding machines — available in several variants — are the ideal solution for demanding metal sample preparation.
Pressing Technology
Pressing a sample into a pressed pellet is a common, fast and cost-effective way to prepare a sample for XRF. VANEOX® presses offer a large range of high-quality presses suitable for every area of application.
Fusion Technology
usion fuses a powder sample with lithium borate into a glass bead. This complex process and its high safety requirements place high demands on the machines. VITRIOX® fusion machines meet these standards with a high rate of automation.
Liquid Analysis
To safely measure liquids and loose powders by XRF, special sample cups and films are required. The size and shape of the cups are determined by the spectrometer, while the film must fit the sample and elements analysed. FLUXANA offers a large portfolio of cups and films for most applications and spectrometers.
